Summary Award-winning, brand experience agency seeks talented and ambitious Event Project Manager to assist in the ever-expanding events portfolio.

Full Time with an immediate start.

Initially home-based, then based in the heart of London’s West End.

Events Project Manager, Central London.

Salary: £25,000-£34,000 per annum (subject to experience) Closing Date: 11th August 2021 We are Cheerful Twentyfirst, a fast-growing, friendly brand experience agency based near Oxford Circus.

- and of course all with a smile and on budget Who we are looking for You are an experienced Project Manager with at least four years of prior experience in an event agency environment.

You are excellent at balancing the ability to understand and manage content with detailed knowledge and execution.

You have a strong understanding of virtual and live event production and an awesome attitude that always finds possibilities and solutions.

You’ll be working across multiple accounts, and supporting on a number of other production solutions for both virtual and live events.

You will be comfortable working in a creative team delivering projects from pitch to live to post-event.

Key responsibilities Event Management: End-to-end project management including delivery, budgeting, contracting, and event design.

Large-scale event delivery on a global portfolio.

Responsible for assisting in event direction including health and safety, operations, resourcing, and sustainable practices.

Assisting in event strategy and creative solutions for projects.

Demonstrate a true understanding of events within the integrated marketing function and how to maximize brand placement and event objective return.

Management of project team/suppliers across your event portfolio including managing project progression.

Reporting progress to the Project Director, Senior Project Manager and/or Head of Events Account Management: Assisting in the client relationship management – Assisting on the account and developing the business and opportunities across the portfolio.

Leading on certain client briefs and proposals for events within your portfolio.

Assisting in the account management and development of client brand and opportunities to expand our relationship.

Regular client contact and ensuring the client is kept fully abreast of project progress at all times.

Includes preparation for/attendance at client meetings.

Develop Scope of Work documents for clients and ensuring all event deliverables and budgets are signed off ahead of project start date.

Delivering and managing client projects onsite and undertake any other travel where necessary.

Business Strategy: Assisting with project retention working alongside the senior team.

Align with company objectives to define strategy, growth, and creativity around event services and delivery.

Research any new technology appropriate to the business.

Project Management: Maximize all potential revenue opportunities including upselling opportunities throughout the event cycle.

Advising on resources needed, project schedules, and client timelines Managing client projects to agreed specifications and proactively maintaining control over projects.

Keeping a proactive and solutions-driven eye on all deliverables, seeking the most cost-effective solutions and suitable contractors.

Managing small/medium sizes events Duties : your duties will include the below, either with sole responsibility or shared as part of a bigger project team:
- Project management
- Logistics management
- Production management
- Speaker management for virtual events
- Platform knowledge is advantageous but onboarding training
- Budget management and financial coordination
- Produce, manage and circulate key communications e.g.

weekly status reports to all key meeting stakeholders
- Venue research
- Creative brainstorm and ideas origination
- Pitch and proposal creation and delivery
- Supplier liaison and management
- Liaising with internal teams (creative, video, etc.)
- Production scheduling
- Client liaison and management – first class customer service
- Speaker support content production and support
- Recces and site surveys
