We are particularly eager to expand our pool of industry-experienced staff who could deliver both Indie Development (Unreal Engine, Game Design) and Asset Production techniques (3D environments, props, etc.) to a diverse range of students.
The successful applicants will be able to evidence high-level knowledge, skill and expertise in creating assets using a physically-based rendering pipeline and demonstrate the ability to create working game prototypes using Unreal’s Blueprint system.
Essential skills include Maya for modelling and UV unwrapping, a working knowledge of Substance Painter and/or Substance Designer, ‘Blueprint’ in Unreal Engine, and experience using real-time platforms.
Experience in ZBrush and/or Blender is desirable.
Candidates will be able to deliver and develop innovative learning and teaching strategies including digital materials and hybrid learning to promote an inclusive learning environment.
You will have the ability to work closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, bringing diverse voices into our student experience, ensuring the support we give our students is culturally competent.
You will be able to apply your knowledge and experience of professional requirements for undergraduate study that are clearly focused on preparing students for a long-term career in the world.
You will have the ambition to equip students with the social and cultural capital that will allow them to confidently grasp graduate-level opportunities and challenges.
